Some people don’t have the time to join in-person and virtual meetings. The project team wants to ensure that everyone can engage in the General Plan. To support that goal, throughout the General Plan Update, the Modesto community will have the option to participate in online activities such as surveys, ranking exercises, and map-based questionnaires.
You can sign up for our mailing list to stay informed when new activities are posted.
The City is hosting a series of in-person workshops to gather ideas about the future boundary of the city and what type of land use or development community members want to see. If you are unable to attend a workshop, we invite you to participate in an online survey to share this input. You can use the interactive map to tell us where the future boundary of the city should be and what types of land use or development you want to see in certain areas of the city.
